We exist presently as a sum of our past experiences. Our perspective of those experiences along with any injury, influence our expectations of self capabilities and future experiences.

This can lead to fear of pain apprehension and avoidance. The fear that doing an activity or anything active may cause an injury or pain. This can then lead to mobility decline, muscle atrophy, anxiety, depression, and low self-confidence.
    OR
Those experiences can be harnessed to strengthen one's commitment toward specific goals and desires for self. Injuries can drive one toward self improvement and mastery of movement.

I am committed to encouraging and supporting your active pursuit of goals and desires for self. First, through actively listening to your history, concerns, goals, and perspective. Second, through conversation, examination, education, chiropractic, kinesiology, and nutrition. I strive to be a positive, encouraging, and accurate helper, using my education, experiences, and perspectives.
All activity involves risk of injury or disease of some description. Yet, a risk is not a guarantee.
ACTIVITY = RISK OF INJURY OR DISEASE
SEDENTARY = GUARANTEED INJURY AND DISEASE
