Cancelations

Canceling or rescheduling an appointment 24 hours or greater in advance incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will incur a $40 fee. Missed appointments called "no-show" will be charged full rate for service scheduled.

Membership guide

Memberships, when offered, are optional and do not require signing a contract. Membership fees are automatically charged to the card on file every 30 days starting from the day of signing up. Membership office visits expire every 30 days and cannot be rolled over to another month, transferred to another patient, or refunded in any amount. Cancelation of membership can be done online through the patients personal account at encouragechiropractic.janeapp.com; or email to encouragechiropractic@gmail.com. There is no cancellation fee, cancel any time. Choosing a membership will waive the New Patient Exam fee.

Package guide

3 + 1 Packages expire 60 days after purchase. 5 + 1 Packages expire 90 days after purchase. No unused portion will be reimbursed or carried forward. Purchasing a package is not required and does not change the quality, accessibility, or intention of care.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

encouragechiropractic.com does not collect any billing or personal medical information. Encouragechiropractic.Janeapp.com is a secured system and has its own privacy policies.

Whenever material changes are made to the privacy notice, an email will be sent out.
