👉 Patients are responsible for any amount not covered by their plan — capped at our time-of-service amount.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full fee for the service scheduled. These charges are patient financial responsibilities, are not covered by insurance, and will be billed to the payment method on file.
Out Of Network insurers accepted include: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Community Care Network, Workers Compensation, Aetna.
Coinsurance is due, at time of service.
